Ingredients:
Green Papaya | -1cup(shredded) |
Carrot | -½ cup(shredded) |
Frozen Corn | -1cup |
Tomato | -1(chopped) |
Onion | -2tbsp(chopped) |
Green chili | -2(slit) |
Lemon Juice | -2tbsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Black Pepper Powder | -1tsp(optional) |
Coriander Leaves | -few |
Method:
- Microwave the corn for 2 minutes and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with 1tsp of oil add shredded papaya sauté for 2 minute and keep it aside.
- Take a bowl mix everything check the salt and spiciness.
- Now ready to serve.
