Ingredients:
Sagoo | -½ cup |
Sugar | ½ or ¾ cup |
Boiled Milk | -2 cups |
Cardamom Powder | -Pinch |
Ghee | -1tsp |
Cashew nuts | -10 |
Raisins | -10 |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with ghee and fry cashew nuts and raisins and take out and keep it aside.
- Same pan with ghee add sago fry until it get puffed little then add 1 cup water.
- Boil until sago get transparent then add sugar boil it until sugar dissolves.
- Then add cardamom powder, cashew nut and raisin mix it well.
- Turn off the stove.
- Cool down the payasam little while then add boiled milk.
- Serve hot or cold.
Note:
- You can add 1 ½ cup boiled milk and ½ cup coconut milk.
