Liver Sombu keerai poriyal (Goat Liver with Dill Leaves)

 

Serving:3 | Type: Non-veg, Side-Dish

Ingredients:

Liver -200grms
Sombu Keerai(Dill Leaves) -1cup(Cut)
Ginger Garlic paste -1tbsp
Chili powder -1tsp
Onion(Diced) -1cup
Turmeric -¼tsp
Garam masala -1tsp
Coconut, Khus khus Paste -3tbsp
Mint Leaves -for garnish

Method:

  1. Cut the liver into small pieces wash and keep it aside.
  2. Take a pan heat with 2tbsp oil add onion sauté for 1 or 2 minutes .
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric sauté for 1 minute .
  4. Now add dill leaves sauté for a minute then add liver, salt cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Then add chili powder mix well.
  6. Now grind 3tbsp coconut and ½tsp khus khus with little water add it into the liver.
  7. Cook with garam masala for 5 minutes or until lever get soft and all water get observe.
  8. Then  garnish with mint leaves.
  9. Serve with white rice.
