Ingredients:
Tilapia Fillet | -8 |
Salt | -to taste |
Green Chili | -4 |
Coriander Leaves | -½ cup |
Mint Leaves | -¼ cup |
Ginger garlic Paste | -1tbsp |
Curd | -2tbsp |
Pepper Powder | -1tsp |
Method:
- Grind Green chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves with ginger garlic paste, curd and salt.
- Wash the fish marinate with ground paste for 4 to 5 hours.
- Now add pepper powder and grill it on both sides.
- Cook until it get crisp.
- Serve hot.
Note:
- If you want extra hot you can add more green chili.
- Instead of curd you can add lime juice.
- If you don’t have a grill you can cook it in the tawa.
