Sutta Meen (Grilled Green Tilapia)

Serving: 4 |Type: Non-Veg

Ingredients:

Tilapia Fillet -8
Salt -to taste
Green Chili -4
Coriander Leaves -½ cup
Mint Leaves -¼ cup
Ginger garlic Paste -1tbsp
Curd -2tbsp
Pepper Powder -1tsp

Method:

  1. Grind Green chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves  with ginger garlic paste, curd and salt.
  2. Wash the fish marinate with ground paste for 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Now add pepper powder and grill it on both sides.
  4. Cook until it get crisp.
  5. Serve hot.

Note:

  1. If you want extra hot you can add more green chili.
  2. Instead of curd you can add lime juice.
  3. If you don’t have a grill you can cook it in the tawa.
