Ingredients:
Mutton Pieces | -400grms |
Onion(Chopped) | -1 |
Garlic(cut) | -10 |
Chili Powder | -1tbsp |
Ginger garlic paste | -1tsp |
Turmeric | -½tsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Seasoning:
Oil | -2tbsp |
Sombu | -1tsp |
Red chili | -4 |
Onion(chopped) | -1 |
Garlic(cut) | -10 |
Green chili(slit) | -1 |
Method:
- Take a pressure cooker add little oil sauté with onion and garlic for a minute.
- Then add ginger garlic paste sauté with little salt and turmeric for a minute.
- Now add mutton pieces sauté for 5 to 10 minutes, then add chili powder mix well.
- Add 1 cup of water then cover with lid.
- Let 3 to 5 whistle comes, then keep it simmer for 5 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Let cool down the cooker and open it, take out the mutton pieces and keep it aside.
- Boil the remaining liquid until thicken like paste and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning with little salt, then add cooked mutton pieces.
- Sauté until all water gets dry then add cooked paste mix well for 2 minute then turn off the stove.
- Serve with rice.Note:
