Ingredients:
Onion(chopped) | -1cup |
Green chili(cut) | -3 to6 |
Ginger(Chopped) | -1tbsp |
Channa Dhal | -2tbsp |
Urad Dhal | -2tbsp |
Mustard | -1tsp |
Tamarind | -small marble size |
Salt | -to taste |
Oil | -1tbsp |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add mustard, channa dhal and urad dhal fry without burning.
- Then add onion, green chili and ginger sauté for 2 to 3 minutes and turn off the stove.
- Let it cool then grind with tamarind and salt.
- Do not over grind like paste.
- If you want you can season with little oil, add mustard and urad dhal fry without burning add it into the chutney.
- Serve with any tiffin variety.
