Ingredients:
Cooked Basmathi Rice | -4cups(room temperature) |
Ghee | -1tbsp |
Onion(chopped) | -1cup |
Cumin | -1tbsp |
Curry Leaves | -few |
Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with ghee add seasonings fry without burn.
- Add onion sauté for a minute then add salt.
- Mix well.
- Add cooked rice mix well and cook it for 3 to 5 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Serve with any side dish.
