Palak Roti(Spinach Tortilla)

 

Serving:8 to 10 pieces | Type: Roti

Ingredients:


Whole Wheat Flour -1 ½ cup
Spinach(minced) -1cup
Chili Powder -1tsp
Turmeric -¼tsp
Cumin -1tsp
Garam masala -½tsp
Salt -to taste
Water ¾  to 1¼ cup
Oil -1tbsp

Method:


  1. Mix everything except oil make like dough then apply oil and keep it aside for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Make lemon size balls roll it like round thin roti’s.
  3. Heat the tawa cook both sides apply with little oil and take it from the tawa.
  4. Serve with any side dish or raitha.

Note:

  1. You can use frozen chopped spinach.
