Ingredients:
Mung Dhal | -¼ cup |
Urad Dhal | -¼ cup |
Channa Dhal | -¼ cup |
Masoor Dhal | -¼ cup |
Thoor Dhal | -¼ cup |
Turmeric | -½tsp |
Oil | -1tsp |
Green chili | -2 |
Seasoning:
Ghee | -2tbsp |
Onion(chopped) | -1cup |
Tomato(chopped) | -½ cup |
Green chili(chopped) | -1 |
Red Chili | -1 |
Ginger(chopped) | -1tbsp |
Garlic(chopped) | -4 pods |
Chili Powder | -1tsp |
Cumin Powder | -½tsp |
Garam Masala | -1tsp |
Coriander leaves | -few |
Lemon Juice | -1tbsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Soak all dhal for 4 hours.
- Now boil the dhal with other ingredient’s on the stove top on medium flame.
- Until dhal get soft.
- Take a pan heat with ghee add onion, ginger, garlic, green chili and red chili sauté for a minute.
- Then add tomato sauté until tomato get soft, now add chili, cumin and turmeric powder.
- Mix well then add salt.
- Then add cooked dhal boil it for 3 minutes.
- Now add coriander leaves and lemon juice mix well then turn off the stove.
- Serve with chappati or white rice.
