Plum Shake

Serving: 2 |Type: Juice

Ingredients:

 


Red Plum -4
Fat Free Milk -2cups
Honey -2tbsp
Vanilla essence -1drop

Method:

  1. Cut the plum take out the seeds and keep it aside.
  2. Take a mixer grinder add plum grind with little milk.
  3. Grind smoothly then add honey and essence grind it again for a second then add remaining milk.
  4. Keep it in the fridge.
  5. Serve it chill.
