Ingredients:
Podalangai (Cut) | -1cup |
Green Chili | -1 or 2 |
Cumin | -½tsp |
Garlic(optional) | -¼ |
Salt | -to taste |
Oil | -1tsp |
Yogurt | -½ cup |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add podalangai and green chili sauté for 2 to 4 minutes.
- Then grind with cumin, garlic, salt and ¼ cup yogurt(Grind coarsely).
- Now mix remaining yogurt and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice.
