Purple Cabbage Pakkoda

 

Serving: 8 People| Type: Snack

Ingredients:

Purple Cabbage(Chopped) -3cups
Onion(chopped) -1cup
Green Chili(chopped) -3
Chili Powder -1tsp
Dosa Batter -½  cup
Besan -3 tbsp
Rice Flour -¾ cup
Corn Flour -1 tbsp
Salt -To taste
Curry Leaves -Few
Asafotida -A pinch
Oil -For deep frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients expect oil, from the wetness of the dosa batter, (if too dry, add very little water) .
  2. Then heat oil in a tawa on medium flame.
  3. Take a small size of dough and pinch it in the hot oil.
  4. Then let it cook thoroughly until golden-brown.
  5. Then remove from the oil.
  6. Keep repeating this until you finish the dough.
  7. Sever hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
