Quick And Easy Tuna poriyal(Tuna Scramble)

Ingredients:


Can Tuna -1(Small)
Onion(Chopped) -1
Green Chili(Chopped) -4
Ginger Garlic Paste -1tsp
Turmeric -¼tsp
Oil -1tsp
Mustard -1tsp
Curry Leaves -few
Coriander -few

Method:


  1. Take a pan heat with oil add mustard let it crackle.
  2. Then add onion, curry leaves, green chili and ginger garlic paste sauté for a minute.
  3. Now add turmeric and salt sauté for a minute .
  4. Drain the water from the tuna then add it.
  5. Sauté for 2 to 4 minutes , add coriander leaves then turn off the stove.

Note:

  1. If you want more spicy you can add more green chili.
