Ingredients:
Rice Stick | -1pocket |
Onion | -1 |
Green chili | -3 |
Oil | -2tbsp |
Mustard | -1tbsp |
Urad Dhal | -2tbsp |
Curry Leaves | -few |
Red Chili | -1 |
Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Boil the water until bubbles up, then rice stick and salt.
- Cook for less than five or until rice sticks get soft.
- Then drain the water, immediately rinse with cold tap water (It immediately stops the cooking and helps in separating the rice stick).
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning, then add onion and green chili sauté for minute or two.
- Then add cooked rice stick mix it well.
- Sauté for 5 to 10 minute for medium flame then turn off the stove.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
