Type: Masala Powder
Ingredients:
Red Chili | -1 ½ cup |
Coriander Seeds | -1 cup |
Thoor Dhal | -¼ cup |
Channa Dhal | -¼ cup |
Black Pepper | -1 ½tbsp |
Fenugreek Seeds | -2tsp |
Dry Coconut Powder | -3tbsp(optional) |
Curry Leaves | -2tbsp(dry) |
Turmeric Powder | -1tbsp |
Method:
- Fry all the ingredients separately without oil like light brownish.
- Fry red chili with oil.
- All together put in the mixe grind with turmeric powder.
- It should be fine powder.
- Keep it in the air tight container.
- Use it for sambars.
