Ingredients:
Sepankizhangu(Boiled) | -8(medium size) |
Chili Powder | -1tsp |
Turmeric | -¼tsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Oil | -For frying |
Method:
- Mix chili powder, salt and turmeric and keep it aside.
- Cut the kizhangu length wise(each kizhangu should be into 6 pieces) and spread the masala powder and mix it well.
- Keep it marinate for 1 to 2 hours .
- Heat the oil in the frying pan on medium flame.
- Fry the kizhangu like 4 to 5 pieces at a time like golden.
- This should be not very crisp or very soft.
- Serve with rice.
Note:
1. If you want You can add corn flour and rice flour while mixing.
2. You can mix only rice flour.
3. You can mix only corn flour.
