Sprouted Brown Chana Soup

Serving: 4 to 6| Type: soup

 

Ingredients:

Brown Chana -1cup
Zucchini(cut) -1
Tomato(diced0 -1cup
Onion(diced) -1(medium)
Green Chili -1
Garlic -1
Cloves -2
Salt -to taste
Fresh Cream -2tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Soak the chana for 8 to 10 hours.
  2. Then Drain the water Put it in the hot pack, and lid it tightly.
  3. Now leave it for 2 days to sprout.
  4. Take a pressure cooker mix all the ingredients except cream with 3 cups of water.
  5. Let 3 whistle comes then keep it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Then turn off the stove.
  7. Let the cooker cool down, then open it then mash it with the hand blender.
  8. If you want you can add more water like soup consistency.
  9. Boil it for few minutes then turn off the stove.
  10. Serve with fresh cream.
