Ingredients:

Rice Flour -1cup
Fried Gram Dhal Powder -2/3 cup
Chili Powder -1tbsp
Asafotida -¼tsp
Sesame seeds -2tbsp
Channa Dhal -2tbsp
Curry Leaves -few
Salt -to taste
Oil or Butter -2tbsp
Oil -for frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients with water and make like chappati dough and keep it aside for 5 to 1 minutes.
  2. Make small balls and flatten it round using little oil.
  3. Take a pan heat with oil on medium flame.
  4. Fry it like crisp on both sides and take out from oil.
  5. Store it like air tight container.
  6. Now ready to serve.
