Sprouted Mung | -1cup |
Sweet Corn | -1cup |
Onion(Chopped) | -¼ cup |
Tomato(Chopped) | -¼ cup |
Green Bell Pepper(chopped) | -¼ cup |
Red Bell Pepper(Chopped) | -¼ cup |
Cucumber(Diced) | -½ cup |
Carrot Grated | -1 |
Green Chili(Cut) | -2 |
Lemon Juice | -2 to 3tbsp |
Coriander Leaves | -2tbsp |
Chaat Masala | -1 to2tbsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Corn Flakes | -for garnishing |
Method:
- Steam the sprouted mung in the steamer for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
- Take the frozen corn boil it in the microwave about 3 minutes and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with 1tbsp of oil add onion, two peppers and little salt sauté for 1minute.
- Then add green chili, carrot and tomato sauté for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Now add steamed mung and boiled corn mix it well and turn off the stove.
- Then add cucumber, coriander leaves, chaat masala and lemon juice then remaining salt mix it well.
- While serving garnish with corn flakes.
