Onion Mushroom Stuffed Paratha

 

Serving: 4 | Type: Tiffin/ Roti / Paratha /chappathi

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour-2 ½ cups
Salt-to taste
Oil-1tbsp

For Stuffing:

Mushroom chopped-1 ½ cups
Onion Chopped-1 cup
Red chili Powder-1tps
Garam Masala-1tsp
Turmeric¼ tsp
Salt-to taste
Oil-2tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix flour salt and water together make like soft dough and keep it aside.
  2. Take a pan heat with oil add onion sauté for a minute.
  3. Then add mushroom sauté for a minute or two.
  4. Now add all masala mix it well cook it for one minute turn of the stove and keep it aside.
  5. Make the lemon size balls and keep it aside.
  6. Take 2 balls roll it small round shape keep the masala on the one and put it other chappathi on top secure it on the edges and roll it like chappathi shape.
  7. Heat the tawa cook the rolled chappathi both sides with little oil or ghee.
  8. Take out from the tawa.
  9. Serve hot with any other side dish.
