Serving: 4 | Type: Tiffin/ Roti / Paratha /chappathi
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour | -2 ½ cups |
Salt | -to taste |
Oil | -1tbsp |
For Stuffing:
Mushroom chopped | -1 ½ cups |
Onion Chopped | -1 cup |
Red chili Powder | -1tps |
Garam Masala | -1tsp |
Turmeric | ¼ tsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Oil | -2tbsp |
Method:
- Mix flour salt and water together make like soft dough and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add onion sauté for a minute.
- Then add mushroom sauté for a minute or two.
- Now add all masala mix it well cook it for one minute turn of the stove and keep it aside.
- Make the lemon size balls and keep it aside.
- Take 2 balls roll it small round shape keep the masala on the one and put it other chappathi on top secure it on the edges and roll it like chappathi shape.
- Heat the tawa cook the rolled chappathi both sides with little oil or ghee.
- Take out from the tawa.
- Serve hot with any other side dish.
