Ingredients:
Dry Green peas (Pattani) |

Method:

Soak the peas for 8 hours or over night.

Boil the peas and Potato in the cooker without mushy.

With the ground powder add half of the onion, tomato ginger and garlic grind it without water.

Take a pan Heat with oil add ground paste.

Saute until raw smell goes and oil separates.

Now add green chili, turmeric and boiled peas and potato.

Boil it for 5 minutes with salt.

Now add rest of the onion and tomato cook it like a minute.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Turn off the stove then add sugar.

Serve with chapatti, roti, paratha.

1. You can make it in the slow cooker.
2. It taste Soo Good.
3. Soak it for over night and cook it in the slow cooker for 5 hours then make all masalas and mix it well.
