Serving: 2 Type: Veg-Soup
Ingredients:
10 Bean | -½ cup |
Onion(Diced) | -½ cup |
Tomato(Diced) | -1 |
Green Chili(slit) | -2 |
Garlic(Chopped) | -1 |
Shell Pasta(optional) | -¼ cup |
Salt | -to taste |
Water | -2 to 4 cups |
Method:
- Boil the 10 bean mix, onion, tomato, green chili in the presser cooker for 3 whistle and keep it simmer for 5 minutes and turn off the stove.
- Boil the pasta with 1 cup of water in the stove until paste get soft and keep it aside.
- Then open the cooker mix it with cooked pasta, salt cook it for few minute.
- Take a pan heat with 1tsp olive oil add garlic sauté for few seconds and add it into the soup
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with toasted bread.
Note:
- Seasoning with oil is optional.
- You can add boiled vegetables if you want.
- 10 bean mix contains : red bean, barley, green split pea, yellow split pea, whole thoor, orange lentil, black bean, soy bean, green bean.
