Ingredients:
Besan(Kadalai Maavu) | -1 cup |
Grated Coconut | -1cup |
Milk | -1cup |
Ghee | -1cup |
Sugar | -3cups |
Method:
- Mix everything in the heavy bottom pan and cook it on medium flame.
- Stir it continuously until it gets thicken and it leave the sides.
- Take a tray apply ghee.
- This hot mixture should be thick idly mavu.
- Now pour the hot mixture on the tray and spread it evenly.
- Let it sit until it gets warm and cut it what shape you like.
- Store it in the air tight container.
