Aaloo Palak Cutlet

 

Serving:15 to 20 pieces |Type :Snack

Ingredients:

Boiled Potatoes -4 to 6
Palak (spinach) chopped -2 cups
Onion chopped -1/2 cup
Green chili -2 to4
Garam masala -1tsp
Ginger garlic paste -1tsp
Salt -to taste
Bread crumbs -1cup
Coriander leaves -2tbsp
Oil -for fry

Method

 

 

 

  1. Take a pan heat with oil add onion and green chili sauté for a minute.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Then add Palak sauté for a minute now add garam masala mix it well.
  4. Then add boiled and mashed potato ,coriander leaves and salt mix well like dough.
  5. Make a lemon size balls and flatten it lightly coated in the bread crumbs and keep it aside.
  6. Take pan heat with oil and fry it all the cutlets both sides and take out from the pan,
  7. serve with ketchup.
