Black Bean Salad

Serving: 2 People/ Type: Salad

Ingredients:

Black Bean can

-1

Red Onion (sliced)

-1 lengthwise

Green Bell pepper (sliced)

-1 lengthwise

Jalapeno (cut)

-1

Chili Powder

-1 tsp

Chat Masala (optional)

-1tsp

Salt

-to taste

Coriander leaves

-few

Oil

-1tsp

Lemon Juice

-1 to 2 tbsp

Method:

      1. Take Bean and strain the water and wash it nicely and keep it aside.

      2. Take a pan heat with oil add onion, green pepper and jalapeno saute for 30 seconds.

      3. Now add beans, chili powder and salt saute for a minute Then turn off the stove.

      4. Then add lemon juice and chat masala,

      5. Garnish with coriander leaves.

      6. Serve hot or cold.
