Ingredients:
Ricotta Cheese | -15 oz can |
Dry Milk Powder | -200 grams |
Condensed milk | -14 oz can |
Almond(Chopped) | -5tbsp |
Rose Essence | -1tsp |
Butter | -1tbsp |
Method:
- Take a nonstick pan add ricotta cheese, milk powder and condensed milk.
- Mix well without lumps and place it in the stove top.
- Cook well on medium flame and stir it continuously, so that it does not stick to the bottom.
- Then add butter, rose essence and almond.
- It will take 15 to 20 minutes for the mixture to thicken.
- Then remove it from the stove and spread it on the tray.
- Let it set in the fridge for 2 hours and then roll it into the shape that you like.
- Serve it in room temperature or cold.
Note:
- You can make it in the micro wave also.
- It will take 15 to 20 minutes to make.
- Mix all the ingredients, (expect Rose essence which you have to add at very last) in a microwave bowl.
- Place it in the microwave for 3 minutes and then take out and mix it thoroughly.
- Then place it back in the microwave for another 3 minutes and take out and mix it thoroughly.
- Keep repeating this until it gets thicken.
- Then follow from step 6 from top.
