Ingredients:
Thick Aval(Poha) | -1cup |
Sugar | -½ to ¾ cup |
Grated Coconut | -Hand full |
Ghee | -1 to 2tbsp |
Salt | -pinch |
Method:
- Wash the Aval and drain the water and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Then mix everything and make a medium size balls and keep it aside.
- Take the Idly steamer and pour the water and let it boil the water.
- Now arrange the kuzhalakattai on the steamer and steam it for 5 minutes and cover with lid.
- Then take out from the steamer and serve it.
