Ingredients:
Thick Aval(poha) | -1cup |
Oil | -1tbsp |
Mustard | -1tsp |
Channa dhal | -1tbsp |
Asafotida | -¼tsp |
Onion(Chopped) | -½ cup |
Grated Coconut | -Hand full |
Curry Leaves | -1stack |
Red chili | -2 |
Salt | To taste |
Method:
- Wash the aval and drain the water and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Mean time take a pan heat with oil and add seasonings fry without burning.
- Then add onion sauté for 1 minute.
- Then add it into the aval.
- And mix it everything well and make like kuzhalakattai and keep it aside.
- Then steam it for 5 minutes and turn off the stove.
- Then serve it with any chutney.
