Ingredients:
Maida | -3 cups |
Fine Sooji | -3tbsp |
Baking Powder | -1tsp |
Baking Soda | -½tsp |
Sugar | -1tsp |
Salt | -1tsp |
Yogurt | -½ cup |
Ajwan(oomam) | -1tbsp |
Oil | -2tbsp |
Milk | -¼ cup |
Method:
- Mix everything first then add little water and make like chappati dough.
- Cover with lid and let it sit for 6 to 7 hours.
- After 7 hours mix well and make lemon size balls.
- Then roll it like round and deep fry it on both sides.
- Serve with channa.
