Carrot Spinach Rice

Carrot_spinach_rice_cook

Ingredients:

Cooked Rice -3cups
Carrot(Chopped) -½ cup
Spinach(chopped) -1cup
Onion(chopped) -½ cup
Green Chili(Slit) -2 to 5
Ginger)chopped) -1tsp
Garlic(chopped) -1tsp
Salt -to taste
Oil and Ghee -2tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Take a pan heat oil and ghee add chopped ginger and garlic sauté a for a second.
  2. Now add onion and green chili sauté for a minute, then add carrot and little salt.
  3. Sauté for 2 to 4 minutes on medium flame, then add spinach sauté well until both vegetables get soft.
  4. Now add cooked rice mix well cook it for 2 minutes then turn off the stove.
  5. Serve with any side dish.

Note:

  1. Cook the rice with salt and 1tbsp of oil.
  2. Rice should not be sticky.
