Ingredients:
Raw Rice | ¼ cup |
Boiled Rice | ¼ cup |
Thuvar Dhal | ¼ cup |
Channa Dhal | ¼ cup |
Mung Dhal | ¼ cup |
Urad Dhal | ¼ cup |
Red chili | 5 to 7 |
Sombu | 1tsp |
Coconut(Thinly cut) | 3tbsp |
Curry leaves | -few |
Coriander leaves | -few |
Salt | -to taste |
Oil | -for deep fry |
Method:
- Soak the all rice and dhal for 3 to 5 hours.
- Then grind with chili and Sombu like coarse.
- Then mix all other ingredients except oil.
- Consistency should be not thick or thin.
- Take a pan heat with oil on medium flame.
- Take medium spoon of batter and pour it into the hot oil.
- Let it cook for both sides and take out from the oil.
- Serve it hot.
