Missi Roti Cook

Ingredients:

Missi Roti ing

Wheat Flour -1(cup)
Besan -½ (cup)
Turmeric -¼tsp
Oomam (Ajwan) -1tsp
Salt -to taste
Ghee -2tbsp
Asafotida -¼tsp
Yogurt – ½ cup
Kasoori Methi -2tbsp
Chili Powder -1tsp
Coriander Leaves -1tbsp

Method:

Missi Roti Rolled

  1. Mix everything with water like chappati dough and keep it aside for 2 hours.
  2. Then make lemon size balls and roll it like thin round shape.
  3. Heat the tawa and cook the roti both sides and take out from the tawa.
  4. Apply ghee on both side and serve hot with any side dish or Raitha and pickle.

Note:

  1. This roti is Rajasthan special.
