Seasoning:

- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning, add onion, green chili sauté for minute or 2 then add tomato, salt and turmeric sauté for 2 minutes.
- Now add Chow Chow sauté for 5 minutes on medium flame, then add chili powder mix well.
- Add 1 cup of water then cover with lid cook it until veg table get soft, and add coriander leaves , then turn off the stove.
- Serve with chappati.
