Ingredients:
Grated Coconut | -3tbsp |
Coriander Leaves | -2cups(chopped) |
Onion, tomato(Chopped) | -¼ cup |
Tamarind | -tiny marble size |
Salt | -to taste |
Oil | -1tbsp |
Mustard | -1tsp |
Urad Dhal | -2tbsp |
Asafotida | -Pinch |
Red Chili | -5 to 8 |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning, add onion sauté for a minute or two.
- Then add coriander leaves sauté for a minute then turn off the stove.
- Grind with coconut, salt, tamarind and little water.
- Serve with idly or dosa.
