Ingredients:
Chicken minced | -200grams |
Onion(diced) | -1 |
Tomato(diced) | -1(big) |
Turmeric | -¼tsp |
Chili Powder | -1tsp |
Green chili | -2(slit) |
Salt | -to taste |
Coriander Leaves | -2tbsp |
Fenugreek Leaves | -2tbsp(optional) |
Ginger garlic Paste | -1tsp |
Oil | -2tbsp |
Garam Masala | -1tsp |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add onion, green chili sauté with turmeric and salt for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Now add ginger garlic paste sauté until raw smell goes then add tomato and fenugreek leaves sauté until tomato get mash.
- Now add chili powder mix well then add minced chicken sauté well and cook it for 10 minutes.
- Now add 1 cup water cook it for 10 minutes then add garam masala boil it 2 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with chappati or rice.
Note:
- Instead of fenugreek leaves you can add kasoori methi(dried fenugreek leaves).
- Instead of garam masala you can use any store bought chicken masala.
- Instead of minced chicken you can use minced goat or lamb.
