Ingredients:
Mung Dhal(paasi paruppu) | -1 cup |
Powder Sugar | -1 to 1 ½ cup |
Ghee | -½ to ¾ cup |
Method:
- Dry roast the mung dhal on medium flame.
- Until nice golden color and aroma.
- Then powder it in the mixe.
- Now take the pan heat with ghee.
- It should not be very hot.
- Then mix the dry ingredients and add the ghee little by little.
- Mix nicely and make the round shape balls.
- And store it in the air tight container.
