Ingredients:
Raw mango | -1 |
Chili Powder | -1tbsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Oil | -1tbsp |
Mustard | -1tsp |
Asafotida | -¼tsp |
Fenugreek Powder | -¼tsp |
Method:
- Cut the mango into very small pieces.
- Add chili powder and salt mix well.
- Take a pan heat with oil add mustard let it crackle .
- Then add asafetida and fenugreek powder.
- Pour it into the mango and mix it well.
- Let it sit at room temperture for 2 to 4 hours.
- Serve it with curd rice.
Note:
- This pickle stays fresh for about 2 to 3 day in the fridge.
