Methi Paneer Paratha

Serving: 4 | Type: Tiffin/Roti / Paratha

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour -2 cups
Methi Leaves Chopped -1cup
Paneer Greated -1 cup
Red Chili Powder -1tsp
Cumin -1tsp
Garam Masala -1tsp
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Oil -1tsp
Salt – To taste

Method:

  1. Mix everything with water like soft dough and keep it aside for an hour.
  2. Make lemon Size ball roll it like circle shape.
  3. Heat the tawa cook the paratha both sides with oil or ghee.
  4. Take out from the tawa .
  5. Serve hot with any side dish.
