Tamarind | -Little |
Oil | -1tbsp |
Mustard | -1tsp |
Urad Dhal | -2tsp |
Kadalai Paruppu | -3tbsp |
Red Chili | -5 to 10 |
Asafotida | -pinch |
Salt | -to taste |
Coriander Leaves | -few |
Seasonings:

Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add mustard, urad dhal, kadalai paruppu, asafetida, red chili and curry leaves fry without burning.
- Then add onion and cabbage sauté for 3 to 5 minutes then add tomato sauté for 2 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Let it cool down and grind with tamarind and salt.
- Then mix with 2 or 3 cups of water.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning then add ground paste boil until before frothy comes (Do not boil to much)then garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with any tiffin.
