Ingredients:
Pacharisi Mavu | -2 cups |
Pasipparuppu(Half Cooked) | -½ cup |
Ghee | -1tbsp |
Grated Coconut | -3tbsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Mix everything with hot water.
- Make like a chappati Dough.
- Make a shapes like Kozhakottai and steam it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Then turn off the stove.
- Serve with any chutney or dosai podi.
