Toasted milagai podi Sandwich

Ingredients:

Wheat bread -4slices
Butter -½tsp
Cucumber -1small
Tomato -1small
Onion(optional) -4slices
Idly milagai podi -2tbsp

 

Method:

 

  1. Thin slice the cucumber, tomato and onion.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Apply the butter on one side and spread the milagai podi.
  4. Then arrange the vegetables, then cove with another bread.
  5. Now cut into triangle then serve with ketchup.
