Ingredients:
Pasi paruppu(mung Dhal) | -1 cup |
Rice Flour(store bought) | -4 cups |
Green chili | -2 to 4 |
Asafotida | -½tsp |
Sesame seeds | -2tbsp |
Butter | -2tbsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Oil | -For Frying |
Method:
- Cook the pasi paruppu and green chili with water in the pressure cooker.
- Then grind it in the mixer like smooth paste.
- Now mix everything with hot water.
- Take a pan heat with oil on medium flame.
- Take a murukku press with star disc.
- Fill with dough and press like round murukku.
- Put it in the oil and fry both sides like crisp.
- And take out from the oil.
- Keep it in the paper towel let observe the oil.
- Then store it in the air tight container.
