Ingredients:
Quinoa | -2 cups |
Vendhayam | -1tsp |
Urad Dhal | -½ cup |
Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Soak all the things except salt for 5 to 6 hours.
- Grind smoothly with little water.
- Add salt mix well and let it sit for overnight or 6 to 8 hours for ferment.
- Heat the tawa make like dosa and let it cook for both sides.
- Serve with any chutney.
