Ingredients:
Medhu Vada | -8 |
Sambar | -2cups |
Coriander Leaves | -2tbsp |
Method:
- Take already prepared vada.
- Then take ½ cup of sambar dilute with1 cup of hot water.
- Soak the vada in diluted sambar for 15 minutes or until vada get soft.
- Then take out the vada from the diluted sambar arrange it into another bowl then pour the remaining sambar on top of the vada.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
