Ingredients:
Onion(Cut Lengthwise) | -1cup |
Chili Powder | -½tsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Yogurt | -1cup |
Oil | -1tsp |
Mustard | -1tsp |
Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
Red Chili | -1 |
Curry Leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Add onion sauté for 1 or 2 minute then add chili powder mix well sauté another 30 seconds then turn off the stove.
- Let it cool down then add yogurt and salt mix well.
- If you want you can season it again and serve it.
- Serve it with pulav.
