Smoked Onion Chicken fry (poriyal)

 

Serving:4 | Type: Non Veg Poriyal/fry

Ingridents:

Chicken cut -400 grms
Onion Diced -1 cup
Tomato Diced -1cup
Curry leaves -few
Oil – 3tbsp
Salt -to taste

For Grind:

Smoked Onion -1
Red chili -4 to 8
Ginger -1 inch
Garlic -6

Method:

  1. Take a chicken marinate with half of the ground masala with little salt and keep it aside.
  2. Take a tomato grind it and keep it aside.
  3. Take a pan heat with oil add onion and curry leaves sauté it for one minute.
  4. Now add rest of the masala sauté it for 30 seconds , then add ground tomato.
  5. Mix it well and sauté it for a minute.
  6. Then add chicken and rest of the salt.
  7. Sauté well until chicken get soft cover with lid.
  8. Occasionally mix it well until chicken get soft and all water will dry up.
  9. Then turn of the stove.
  10. Serve with rice, roti and paratha.
