Take the Sevarotty and wash it thoroughly.

Take a skewer pull the Sevarotty through the skewer.

Sprinkle the salt on both of the sides.

Toast it on open flame on the stove.

As you toast the Sevarotty, you see juices dripping down from it and also sizzling sounds.

Keep rotating it and cooking it on both sides.

The Sevarotty is cooked when there is no more juice releasing out from it.

Remove it from the flame.

Enjoy it on it own.
