Ingredients:
Mixed Vegetables | -4cups |
Garlic(chopped) | -4 |
Coconut Milk | -½ cup |
Thai Red Curry Paste | -3tbsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Onion | -½ (cut) |
Method:
- Mixed Vegetables: Carrot, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Bell pepper, water chestnut, Mushroom, Baby Corn, bamboo Shoot and onion.
- Take vessel heat 1tbsp sesame oil add chopped garlic and onion sauté for a minute then add 3 to 4 cups of water.
- Boil it
- Add carrot cook it until half done, Then add all vegetables one by one with salt and red curry paste.
- Cook it for five minutes, then add coconut milk boil it for 2minutes then turn off the stove.
- If you want more spicy add 1tbsp of chili garlic paste.
- Serve with white rice or fried rice.
