Ingredients:
Oats(toasted) | ½ cup |
Pottu Kadalai | ½ cup |
Green Chili | -2 |
Red Chili | -2 |
Garlic | -1 pod |
Ginger | -little |
Tamarind | -little |
Coriander leaves | -one hand full |
Curry Leaves | -few |
Salt | -to taste |
Sugar | -1tsp |
Seasoning:
Oil | -1tbsp |
Mustard | -1tsp |
Uard Dhal | -1tbsp |
Red chili, curry leaves | -1, few |
Asafotida | -pinch |
Method:
- Toast the oats for 1 or 2 minutes until aroma comes.
- Grind all other ingredients with oats and little water.
- Grind coarsely.
- Now season it and serve with any tiffin.
