Ingredients:
Dry Noodles | -400grams |
Mixed Vegetables | -3 to 4 cups |
Onion(sliced) | -1 |
Salt | -to taste |
Chili Sauce | -2tbsp |
Light Soy Sauce | -2tbsp |
Tomato Ketchup | -2tbsp |
Garlic(Minced) | -2 |
White Vinegar | -1tsp |
Method:
- Boil the noodles half-way and drain the water, then rinse it with cold water and keep it aside. (Rinse with cold water to stop the noodles from cooking).
- Cut the Mixed vegetables lengthwise, (cabbage, carrot, beans, bell peppers, bean sprouts, bamboo shot, water chestnut and/or mushroom).
- Take a pan heat with 3tbsp of sesame oil, add minced garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
- Then add onion sauté for 30 seconds now add all sauce mix it well .
- Now add vegetables sauté with salt for 4 to 5 minutes, the vegetables should be crunchy, it should not become soft.
- Then add cooked noodles cook it for few minutes. And turn off the stove.
- Serve it hot with some extra ketchup.
